It was encouraging to see so many Calvary Chapel people ministering to the community tonight. Some were sharing the gospel while painting kid's faces. Some participated in a puppet show. A few played music. Several took care of getting all the garbage picked up for the Fair. It's awesome when the body of Christ is functioning for His glory and purpose.
It was also a good reminder of the great needs in our community. People are hurting and confused. So many young people are searching for significance and purpose.
Thank you Jesus for placing us in this field. Help us. Equip us. Empower us. Embolden us to represent You faithfully to declare Your Word without reservation.
